We ship from San Diego, California and Tijuana, México. Shipments are made from Monday through Friday except for holidays. Once the order is completed you will receive an email with a confirmation message and your tracking number so you can check the shipping status at the courier’s website.
We offer First Class Priority USPS shipping across the United States. First Class shipping normally takes 5 - 7 business days from date it is dispatched from the post office and Priority shipping normally takes 3 - 5 business days from date of package dispatch.
We are not liable for shipping delays. We do not guarantee any estimated shipping arrival date or time. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by the post office.

Return & Exchange Policy
We offer 14 days for any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products on our website, item must be returned in same condition it was sent, otherwise we will not be able to offer you a full or partial refund. All store sales are final.
SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at within 48 hours of delivery to correct the issue. We cannot help you if the item has been worn or used. We are not responsible for wear and tear you may cause to your item.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any damages to packaging or products must be noted with the post office delivery agent at the time of delivery in order for us to be able to process a damaged claim. Keep all damaged packaging materials including the box in which the shipment arrived along with all inside contents. If packaging materials are not kept we cannot process a damaged item claim with the carrier.
Claims must be reported immediately by email at , please provide images of the damaged products. Claims received after 48 hours of delivery will not be processed.
For freight deliveries in particular, it is extremely important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about a damaged item, please write "PACKAGING DAMAGED/INSPECTION NEEDED" clearly on the delivery slip that you are asked to sign. Failure to note such damages or potential for damage with the post office delivery agent at the time of delivery will limit or completely prevent us from processing a damage claim.
For damages on freight items please take photos of the packaging/product and send them to within 48 hours. Failure to report damaged items promptly restricts and may completely prevent our ability to process your claim.
Please note that our brand strives to recycle as much as possible when shipping. This means that, when possible, orders arrive in a box that has been appropriated from a previous shipment and that packing materials such as bubble wrap, tissue, and popcorn have also been reused. We appreciate any effort that you can make to reuse our shipping materials and/or recycle them.
